TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Accommodation is offered subject to being available at the time of confirmation.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person per week is required when making a reservation.
- No allowance is made for temporary absence or meals not taken.
- Bedroom accommodation is not guaranteed until 3 p.m. on day of arrival.
- Bedrooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure.
- Once accommodation has been booked and letters of acceptance exchanged a legally binding contract exists. If in the event of a cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival date the hotel is unable to re-let the accommodation a charge of two-thirds the cost of the accommodation will be made. This liability should be covered by insurance. If a car ferry reservation is necessary please ensure that this has been obtained before making a definite hotel reservation.

Accommodation conforms to Southern Tourist Board's required standards with all rooms having either shower or bath and hand basin and W.C. and colour T.V.
