Once accommodation has been booked and letters of acceptance exchanged a legally binding contract exists. If in the event of a cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival date the hotel is unable to re-let the accommodation a charge of two-thirds the cost of the accommodation will be made. This liability should be covered by insurance. If a car ferry reservation is necessary please ensure that this has been obtained before making a definite hotel reservation.
